for me, it's like a gateway to the fourth.
my reiki teacher, who has since passed on to other worlds, taught me that once you master the steps to doing something, you can accomplish the same results with one or two shortcut symbols.

the first step to change dimensions is to be comfortable and relaxed. that is not an easy task for some people.
(it gets easier with practice.)

for me, a comfortable chair, and a pair of loubs are sometimes all i need to autopilot to the fourth.
yeah...
is it ironic that i go to the fourth to maintain my sanity on the third?
