ckparis and itsumi pearl sneakers


hey all, how are you?
moi?
hanging out in my running stairs gear.
american apparel bra, random cut off sweats and my
new itsumi pearl sneakers.
love them.
i run lots of high rise stairs in these.

if you are a new reader, i run/walk a 46 story high rise 3 or 4 times per session.
that's about 138 -184 stories of high rise stairs.
anyone who is skeptical is invited to come with.
and
it's much cheaper then long term shrink visits.

see you on the astral plane.

with such a faultless BODY like yours ("shared beads of sweat like a runner after the event") !!!

you make me want to walk/run up and down stairs.
my yogi friend and i used to hike the hills of tortola together...it was insane because that is one vertical island! i miss those sweaty "walks".

You are so fit!! I just recently got back into elliptical-ing, and I would looooove to be able to do the workout you do! Sounds way more fun/intense!

Chauss, it's brilliant that you keep in shape! :-)

Myself I used to run after girls.

Then I ran 10 km on 40 minutes at least 3 times a week, and often every day.

I loved to run around a little lake in Sweden, and then in the mountains when I lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in 1989.

In 1990 I ran in central park in NYC, when I lived in Manhattan.

Eventually a knee started to hurt when running so I stopped to run and now I'm 40 kilos heavier, but I will always remember the wonderful feeling of being in great shape.

You can also handle stressful situations and outside pressure better when you are in good shape.

And later on your heart is stronger and you will live better and longer.

I don't believe in shrinks, but we need better hospitals and better medical care.

The whole science really need a boost!

We need technical advancement at all costs.

The human body is a poor misery.

I have been working at two hospitals, and what I've seen, including the deaths of my own parents, have made me thinking.

Our hearts are very fragile.

There is a certain amount of heartbeats, and then it's over.

The human brain is also a complete catastrophe.

After some thinking you get Alzheimers or something, and then you don't even remember your family, or you will get paralyzed without the ability to speak and move until you die.

You can bend your knees a certain amount of times, but then they are finished.

The lungs, kidneys, and the liver are also miserable organs, which stop working properly at an relatively early age.

We don't need shrinks, but every human being is death-programmed from birth.

What we need to do is to replace everything in the human body with something much better.

Hopefully, already the next generation will have their brains, hearts, and bones removed altogether directly at birth and replaced with much better and more endurable material.

And when the kids get the next set of teeth, they should also be removed and replaced.

Today we only deal with the causes.

I don't want new stronger glasses - I want new better eyes!
