good evening readers. my cell phone has officially crossed the third dimension. done. finished with this universe.

great timing. have you seen the lines at the att stores for the new (now-sold-out-get-on-the-wait-list) iphone? hmmmm, is this a message i should be paying attention to? i really was not in the market for a new cell phone, but mine is with elvis now. it has officially left the building...time of death: 9:38 am 7-14-08. ( you know we scorpios are fascinated with the other side...)

hey guys , drop me a comment please, i am feeling a little out of touch since i spend a lot of time talking in my car...i love hearing from you all.

and me? my hermes ebene/palladium cdc and my gray american apparel t along with usual chauss 'celets.

see you on the astral plane.

BONFIRE OF THE VANITIES

The "social x-rays" are the wives: middle-aged, anorexic, sexless harpies who spend all their time decorating, shopping, exercising and dieting.

The "lemon tarts," represented by Maria Ruskin, Sherman McCoy's "mistress," are young, voluptuous sex objects whose only purpose is to "service" the wealthy middle aged and older men.

The "master of the universe"represented by Sherman McCoy is a top bond trader, pulls down a million a year, and after a big deal whispers to himself that he is a Master of the Universe.

Shouldn't a Master of the Universe have more? More money, a younger woman, perhaps the wife of a richer man. Of course he answers yes, and of course he is destroyed, or perhaps purified, in the attempt.

Love the cdc, I have one in black w/palladium hardware, but I'm itching for another one. Can I ask you if the Marc Jacobs boots run true to size. I know I'd have to find them on Ebay, but I'm sort of craving them now. As a fellow Scorpio I never knew it was a Scorpio thing to be into the other side, well I am too! Love your blog btw. Such fun photos. -salomelovesjohn from TFS

xax, thanks and keep on dropping by!

clem, i always like hearing from you! my phone, yeah...i borrowed an old one for a while to see if i want to make the iphone jump...

hey salome, thanks for stopping by!i would do marc jacobs at least true size or maybe a half size up. i have these boots in bronze metallic leather too. i wanted the silver metallic, but couldnt find my size.
i am fascinated with old, old grave yards with stones from late 1800s, early 1900s. can you relate?

Love cemetaries, the older the better. I don't find them morose at all something about being in a cemetary makes me feel more alive. I've been to several overseas, Paris, Buenos Aires, Turkey, come to mind they were all so interesting and different. Also, the poor man's cemetary in New Orlean's, that was something. I've thought about hanging some photos, but most people, fiance included, find that a little morose...funny that you picked a topic I could go on and on about....
Thanks for the info. re. the boots. - salomelovesjohn

salome, nothing is a coincidence. nothing... chauss-ism 2(b) ;)

p.s. the graves built above ground in NOLA also fascinated me.
there is a small grave yard with above ground graves near me and everyone freaks out that i do a 360when driving by to stare at it.
i also took another scorpio friend to visit another grave yard with old graves. the best headstone says, "to my dear wife, i promised i would love you until death do us part, and i did.".....

Carl Hiaasen? If that's who mean I have read Strip Tease. They ruined the movie, the book is 10 times better, on par with Get Shorty by Elmore Leonard.

chauss said...

jenesaisquoi, yes. hiaasen has written quite a few. aren't the original books always better than the movies? look at anne rice's "interview with a vampire"...tom cruise did not do lestat justice.

n Russia we unfortunately can't buy Iphone. Apple doesn't want to sale phones in Russia...only ipods and macs(((
Don't know why.
Anyway, I want to say that I love this CDC for its leather and metal colour.
P.S. 1)In Russia we have no one American Apparel shop.((((
May be I need to remove from Moscow to, for example, Paris?
2) I love to sing in car too. My fav songs for singing in car:I will survive, Girl, you'll be the woman soon, I can stand the rain, and all Billy Idol and Lenny Kravitz songs!!!

Ck out of touch? Impossible. Hey at least you can be on the phone while driving. CA just got that handsfree law in and I think it's....absurd.

iphone = best phone ever.

Chauss! I need an update of cool accessories! Where are you? Is your phone situation solved? I had to get a new Blackberry (which I hate, and would rather have an iphone, but I'm in an contract until the year 2900 or something) because I spilled Gatorade on it. Gatorade is the great equalizer, makes my head straight. Anyway hope to see new posts - and soon!
