innyvinny, i am a tough trooper but this is painful and i tend to eschew western medicine.... addicted to tiger balm.
Hope you feel better soon. Agree with you on the western medicine....doctors are far too quick to have you pop a pill for your problems.

my DH broke 3 ribs in a regatta once...very painful and long healing process. do take care, chauss. sending healing thoughts..
