hey kids, here is a quick pix of the rick owens leather moto jacket that just arrived from italy. it is very thin and smoooshy black leather with a gorgeous espresso lining.
not sure about the ft for me.... it is ok, but i like the fit on my other ro jackets just a bit better..... thought, please??? this was the smallest size.

As far as the fit, I like it. Sometimes i think a little bit big can be a good thing. For instance, my bal leather jacket is just a little big, but I like it that way. Variety is good :)
Do you know when the RO store in NYC opens?? I think a pilgrimage is in order

matt, thank you, buy still not sure about the fit for the dollars...the drama... i may try ebay this weekend. it is really hard to find a 38 in ro!!! nap-a-porter never received 38s for the US market this season.... ro nyc , allegedly this summer.... i will meet you there!

Hmmm. I think the fit is def a little off. You can totally rock it, but my thing is that if you do not love it instantly, its not right. For the price, hold off. This style is not as hard ot find as some of his, so if you return it and then change your mind... well you'll find it again rather quickly. PLUS with the store opening stateside (whenever this Rendez-Vous occurs, btw, I will host the french cures!)you will have so much more to choose from.

as for the fit, i really love the slim fit of your other rick owens jackets on you, but this sort of looser fit looks just as good. i suppose it just depends on your own personal taste. :)

ck, I would like to see more pics but from what I can see, it is a little looser than your usual style. Not saying you can't work it but, to give you back a piece of your own advice, there will be others. ;)
