avec a helmut lang smooshy shirt, zana bayne belt, low luv ring
and usual chauss-elets.

ckparis and VPL bra et al.

hey all, how's your week going?

moi? back in the 'nana avec my new NYC find, the VPL bra.
VPL bras are really fun.
they are made with cotton and mesh and finished with grograin straps and metal buckles.
you all know i love american apparel bras, but these really rock.
more $$$ than aa, but way more detailed.
and yeah, VPL stands for visible panty line or very pretty lingerie
which is meant to be seen.

the VPL bra in the pix has a a beige band, black cups finished with silver gray
mesh and cognac brown straps with silver slides.

it was really hard to decide which color combination to go with,
so i took two. :)

i wore a michael star black tank, miu miu black cardigan
and my givenchy black 'gale avec a very blotted down clasic red lip.

nail polish is navy blue by butter.

i adore the black velvet and black chiffon materials used for this back pack.
perfect blend of goth, biker chic and debutante school girl.

i like that the t shirt has no writing on it.

hey all, how is the weekend going?
this is non sequitor post.

moi? caught like a deer in the headlights on the floor.
i have a mac lipstick in my hand, givenchy black distressed 'gale,
ralph lauren hat, smooshy random gray shirt
and assorted chauss-elets.

can you tell i have scorpio eyes?
you can usually pick out scorpios bc no matter what the eye color, the eyes will usually have a hypnotic, intense trait that is instantly recognizable.

vintage ann turk black 'gator bag was located in my disorganized closet. judy has another vintage ann turk bag featured on her blog at atlantis home.
i have another one in cognac leather with silver turtles
climbing up the shoulder straps which is
still lost in the abyss of my closet...

hey all, how is the week going?

i went to all saints again and gotta say, all saints has a nice selection of washed and distressed leather jackets.
not zara prices, but very far from rick owens prices, too.

i liked the the selection for guys and asked monsieur ihave'tude to model the
all saints black washed leather hoodie jacket.

ckparis and zana bayne three strap belt

hey all, what's going on?
tell me...

moi? hanging out in basics avec the three strap belt by
zana bayne. i had seen pix of her amazing belts being used as on the waist.
i thought zana's three strap would look good on the hips with low rise jeans and/or skirts too.
after consulation with zana, we figured out her three strap belt would fit in my belt loops and that i could wear some straps in the loops and some out of the loops.

being a lazy sunday, i paired zana's three strap with a distressed denim mini, smooshy oversized t shirt, black cap, gianni barbato distressed brown leather cowboy boots and vintage diesel denim back pack.
unexpectedly, the three strap belt became a fringe that hung below the skirt in a way that actually worked.
(someone asked me if i was a fashion designer that day bc they thought i always had great stuff on whenever they saw me. must have been zana bayne's belt.)
