why are people so negative? i was quite amused at the reactions to my bruises. ie:

negative person to ckparis: (typical question) what happened to you? it is REALLY noticeable!!! (person looks horrified)

ckparis: yeah, you know, objects that shift during take off...

negative person: wow, it is REALLY noticeable!

ckparis: and your point is? it dosen't bother me or my self esteem.

ckparis to myself: (and i am certainly not gonna let you make me feel insecure.)

moral of story: do NOT let anyone put you down or make you feel insecure about ANYTHING!
it doesn't matter what it is. take responsibility for your own actions.

moi? i love wearing sunglasses and being in my own reality.
i have on a first season thomas wylde distressed black leather bag with a lining made up of paula's famous skulls.
i also have the first edition thomas wylde matching black leather studded jacket with skull lining. pix of that soon.

now for a different side of chauss.

i had an "objects may shift in the overhead bins after take off" incident...
do you like my black eye?

and in typical chauss style, i turned it around, and let my bruises inspire me to be creative with cold weather style.
do you like my black hat? i also have on my winter balenciaga black leather moto jacket, sprouse scarf, and favorite marc jacob booties.
and of course, a starbucks cup with a double shot of espresso avec a dollop of soy foam sans sugar, sans fake sugar.

hello dear readers. how are you all doing?
just got back from the windy city. chicago.
i left 80 degree weather to experience a 50 degree drop....yeah, 30 degrees. definite system shock for me. so, is this the kind of weather where you are supposed to wear leather boots? however, i won't stop wearing mine in tropical weather...lol

i got to wear my balenciaga runway very heavy black leather moto jacket. i bought it in paris the day the bal store on george v got their shipment. it still gives me clout when i go to paris. the SAs always comment on it...
and that particular jacket is even too heavy to wear on the coldest tropical days in the 'nana rebublic of the U.S.
but it was perfect for chicago. (see paparazzi pix in chicago starbucks above.)

so, it's my birthday tomorrow, november 10. thank you to all of you who sent me personal emails. if i haven't responded yet, i will.

i got off the plane in time to watch True Blood. yay! this episode delivered...and i will stfu now in case my western U.S. and european cyber buddies haven't seen it yet...
yes, krystal, i am into the higher forces. i am reiki master and have studied and experienced a bunch of other stuff i will save for another post.

hello readers. how are you? just got back from voting. scorpios can be such great procrastinators...
but living in the banana republic portion of the southern U.S. where this year's democratic primary didn't count and the place of past problems of hanging chads, et al, you gotta keep faith that every vote does count.
( i am sure someone is already writing the next made-for-tv movie script.)
