protect yourself and don't buy into someone else's crap.

easy protection tip:
surround yourself with white light at the first feeling of insecurity, anger, or negativity.
it's easy. just draw an imaginary white outline around yourself and keep adding layers of white light around it as you need it. it is ok to fill up the entire room.
really.
when you practice this, you will be able to just think white light and it will have the same effect.

ckparis and diesel vintage back pack

salutations. how is your weekend going?

i slept waay too late today (major dreams this way) and missed my stairs workout.
i adapted a very scarlett o'hara 'tude and decided i would think about it tomorrow...

i did find the perfect size smoooshy diesel vintage denim back pack at a local vintage shop. the energy from this piece is truly amazing.
yes, inanimate objects do vibrate energy. more on that one later... but let's just say if you have a coup de coeur for a certain something, well, it might just be meant to be...
i will have to post some better pix. this one was a quickie. hey, you gotta work with what you have.
it has been well loved by its previous owner and is designed perfectly with pockets inside and out.
anyway, monsieur diesel was calling my name, chauss....please take me home with you.
so, i did. :)

hey readers. how is your week going? tell me...
well, remember the $13,000 balmain jacket in the window i blogged about the other day? well, it sold.
yeah.
and in today's pix, i am looking into the same window. this time, an $8000 black studded balmain skirt is in the window on the right side.
yeah.

i have on my shirt brand white linen shirt/dress/coat thing. i am wearing it with a white tank, destroyed denim shorts and my marc jacobs bronze leather booties.
pix were taken with my blackberry bold. sometimes you gotta do the best with what you've got.

and if your normal third dimension routine is just too much for you, take a break.
for an hour, a couple of hours, or for a day...
go for it.
sometimes putting a new spin on something usual is all you need.

hey readers. how is your weekend?
sometimes you can can find some interesting stuff down in the 'nana republic of the southern most portion of the U.S.
in the first pix, i am looking in the window of lulu couture checking out the $13,000 retail price of the famous balmain runway jacket.
yeah.
ahhh, just another day in paradise...
this one was the only balmain jacket the store got. i gotta say, i think some of you talented diy bloggers can make some great inspirational pieces of this look...

if you click on the pix, you can make out the balmain lace top, distressed moto jeans and crystal vest in the corner of the window.

moi? i passed on the balmain jacket, lace top, moto jeans and crystal vest in favor of a fabulous
white linen shirt/dress/coat thing that d. pointed out to me. the total cost of it was way less than the tax on the balmain jacket. lol.

hey all, how is you week going?

moi? hanging out on the avenue of brickell... i have on my rick owens black distressed leather moto jacket avec my black 'gale and favorite marc jacob booties.

feeling crappy? depressed?

i was talking to a. on the phone and he sounded kinda down. i asked him what was wrong and he said he binged on some homemade warm-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies last night and had a sugar hangover that was a major energy drain.
ok....
i suggested he buy some pickles bc the sour/salty sensation would give him a fresh start.
a. thought that was a great way to hit the reset button...
you can do the same with ANTYHING.
if you don't like the way you feel, hit the reset button and try again.
you just may like it...
