and no, card has never beeen out of my possession, and yes, i still have it.
moral: read your credit card statements, and read them on line before you get a monthly statement.
now, the fun part is remembering all my automatic fees to change...
yeah.
it's late here. so, another scarlet o'hara epiphany for me...
(i did shut the card down.)

hey readers, how are you all?

my last post was about rich and skinny jeans.
pix today are of me in paige premium skyline drive jeans.
i love a true skinny jean which shows your curves.
i also have on my dior black leather moto boots, kieselstein-cord 'gator belt with basic black t shirt.

the scorpio eyes pix (intense or what?) was taken at my favorite french restaurant this side of the pond after a couple of "french cures".
for my new readers, the french cure is a glass of champagne.
last year, i went to the restaurant in a blue mood, and bruno gave me the french cure.
and ever since then, bruno or christian brings me a french cure the minute i arrive at the restaurant. talk about fabulous service and food.
today was traditional moules et frites, french cures and tarte de tatin.
ahhhhh.

i hope santa brings you everything you want this year.

start by drawing an outline of white light around the person or area you want to protect. you can fill up the space with white light too.
i was invited to participate in cleaning the energy in an
esoteric bookstore and we vacuumed the entire store with white light.

i gotta say, it's tough out there! i went to a restaurant in the gables with a nyc vibe which has fantastic chopped salads. but man, where did the staff come from?
the negativity started with the hostess without-the-mostest and the negative vibe was coming from all the other employees.
isn't a restaurant part of the hospitality industry? lol
the energy was so low that i had to put a white light outline around the table before the food came. really.
anyway, don't buy into that crap.
no matter now much negativity someone is spinning, don't buy into it.
you have free will.

and couldn't find my baccarat crystal butterfly necklace, and i needed some sparkle so... i grabbed this pink rhinestone heart charm, strung it on a piece of satin ribbon and voila!
good to go coupled with a black splendid henley and a pair of diors.

try making a chauss DIY necklace with any charm and any piece of ribbon or cord and tell me how it goes.

ok, some chauss rules for monday:

1. do NOT open your mail today. open it tomorrow if you have to. if it's your brokerage or keogh account, you really do NOT want to open it. trust me on this one. it's bad enough hearing the doom and gloom on the tv.
and if you don't have an IRA, congratulations! you have NOT lost any money...

2. and if you just have credit card bills to pay, they will be there tomorrow. promise.

3. so, go out and do something for someone else today. and it dosen't have to cost you any money. just SMILE at that person who looks so lonely or hold the door for an elderly person or a person with a ton of packages.
or if you are really brave, say hello to a stranger on the street. it is amazing what a simple "good morning" and a smile can do for someone when they don't expect it.

4. don't buy into all the depressing crappy negativity. the economy is not gonna change over night. mass hysteria is a scary thing.
so just raise your resonance and rise above it.

5. it is just as easy to be miserable as is is to be positive. and positive energy comes back to you tenfold...

6. if all else fails, eat chocolate.

hello all. how is your weekend going?

moi? i am motivating myself to go and do stairs. i am such the procrastinator...
i bought dark chocolate pretzels today. so, i figure if i eat a couple, my motivation will kick in...
and the bittersweet/salty thing works for me.

True Blood is on tomorrow...and then i think that's it for a while. :(
so, don't miss it.

i went shopping today in my own closet. this is a definite perk to being closet disorganized. i always find forgotten treasures under my own roof. lol.

i have on my barbato boots,alexander wang basics and my gucci first season black python hysteria hobo (found in my own closet!)
this python hobo gets better with use. the first season s/s '07 hysteria pythons have white scales underneath the black python. the bag has these radical silvery spots from the mixture of black and white.
my rock and roll python... :)

the gucci pythons from this season f/w'08 are all one color and topped with sealant.

first order of business, green juice. yeah.
chauss magic green powder. yeah.
if your blood is a certain level of alkalinity, it can't support cancer or heart disease. sort of like the ph of water. lots of food, ie. meat, sugar, raise your blood's acidity level. greens and more greens increase your blood's alkalinity.

chauss magic green powder is a bunch of different greens in highly concentrated form.
add a shot of wheat grass, a couple of freshly squeezed limes and you're good to go.
you can buy a basic green powder at any health food store. go easy. you may experience headaches or nausea if you've never had it before depending on your toxicity levels.

1. i always start the day with the juice of 2 freshly squeezed limes, 32 oz of distilled water and secret chauss green powder a/k/a chauss magic green juice.

2. i drink chauss magic green juice AVANT starbucks and before any food.

3. after chauss magic green juice, i adore starbucks with soy foam and no sugar or fake sugar. pure adrenaline RUSH...

4. i can blank out magnetic credit card strips when i get mad or frustrated. (without touching them).

5. i balance my chakras every day with a color mediation i designed for Type A people.

6. i love dark chocolate, 72 percent or higher. yeah, adrenaline RUSH again...
