hey all, i spent the day at krelwear trying on the new spring 2010 DiscGlo line.
unbelievably amaaaaaazing.
krel's clothes glow in the dark. no joke.
disco-perfection. wanna go dancing?

karelle invited me over to debut the new krelwear collection before the krelwear entourage flys off to headline at iceland fashion week.

ok, do you know iceland has fashion week ?
and that it starts next week?
and that krelwear will be there?
i had hundreds of visitors to my blog from 68 different countries yesterday, and not one from iceland?
hmmmmm....

it's 95 degrees in the 'nana with ridiculous levels of humidity and
i have on black tights avec those harness boots.
yeah.
the heat gets you to the next dimension real fast.

ckparis, vintage gucci and new magazines

hey all, what are you all doing?

moi? spending a relaxing night reading my september 2009 magazines, british vogue, american vogue, W, elle and bazaar. (I also have aout paris vogue.)
there is something wonderful about hanging out with a pile of new magazines in a smooshy comforter. ahhhhh...

i found this gucci black cotton lace up top in my messy, magic closet. i bought it in paris a couple of years ago when gucci was on sale in the U.S.
i some how managed to convince the sales manager in gucci paris to give the same discount that the gucci nyc store was giving.
the SA told me it was not sales time in paris, but i got the sales price.
sometimes the universe does provide. :)

moi? a billion watt real chauss smile. when the photographer can capture a REAL smile of mine, it's a good thing.

weird weekend food experiences for me this weekend...
john martin's irish pub was a surreal experience
uhhhh, like they are on the second ...(enough said) and
brickell irish pub that just opened on friday was like a trip to u of m rathskeller
complete with pink floyd's off the wall, school's out for the summer, blasting in the background.
give me a chocolate happy face cappuccino at segafredo anytime. :)

i have on a krelwear couture black and blue shredded hand knit halter top and
a krel-2-go black lurex knit skirt.

ahhh, just another rainy/sunny day down in the 'nana.
i'm off ot run/walk 138 flights of high rise stairs in sauna like stairwells.
anything to switch dimensions...

ckparis avec cat suit apres 5 hour energy and stairs

hey all, how is your week? tell me...
moi? playing out on the balcony apres 5 hour energy and 138 flights of hot high rise stairs.
i never said i was from this planet.
total dimension shift.

anyway, the bottom two pix were taken on my way out in the morning.
i totally grabbed a pair of scissors and cut one of my cat suits into more capri version. do you like it?
hey, alexander wang makes one this season this length for over $400.
i paired cat suit a la chauss with a huge leather belt and marc jacob booties for the day.
before i went out for dinner, i swapped my marc jacobs booties for my gianni barbato boots and added an inside out american apparel gray crop top.
voila.
and the adrenaline keeps on rocking.

if you are feeling kinda depressed, moody, sad or generally yechhy, try running some stairs or even dancing around your place to your favorite tunes.
the mental rush is really great.(the physical rush speaks for itself.)
and it's cheaper than long term therapy.

the world is a tough place.
go give it your best shot.
