good morning, good afternoon, whatever... i need espresso maintenant! i gotta do stairs, lots of stairs today...accessories. yes. my fedora shot was taken at my favorite french cafe this side of the pond. my hat is so eclectic because it is black and had a black satin band when it was new. i fell in love with it immediately when i saw it at a vintage store because the band had faded to a ragged, eggplant color. my fedora has attitude. have a great sunday, and you know, on any given sunday... see you on the astral plane.

i hope you are having a great weekend. today's accessory du jour is an aa gray unisex scarf. hopefully, the pictures illustrate how versatile it can be with right attitude. i featured this scarf today because it is a fabulous low priced item that can totally change your outfit. see above. go out and grab one. they come in a multitude of colors and the material is totally smooshy delicious.

ok, at matt's request i am posting a better pix of my barry kieselstein-cord alligator belt. it is really a piece of art. signed and numbered and very heavy! the airport security staff is mesmorized by this piece. it gets passed around to be "checked out" and not because they think it is a weapon. and of course, i insist on wearing it every time i fly so i have to allow extra time for this inspection...

matt, i had this pix already so i will take a couple of more with the 'gator as my focal point in the not too distant future.

and while i am dissecting this pix, i have the standard chauss bracelet assortment with the addition of a hermes kelly dog bracelet. well, the boys have checked in and seen stars. el paso star was first. apparently, the el paso star has increased in size and wattage over the years. it is now on every day and can be seen for miles and miles. and the boys have traveled miles and miles. next star was spotted on the welcome to arizona sign. and mountains... well, these guys are not in miami anymore..
starbucks, anyone? i located an starbucks on I10 in eloy, arizona and the boys made it. looks like d. snapped a. enjoying a coffee before continuing the sojourn. rumor has it they plan on having dinner in LA! stay tuned....

gucci snow glam

this was the largest of the gucci fall/winter'07 bags. the size worked for this pix. not as practical for me IRL. i prefer the gucci snow glam bowler, the same shape as the cult tom ford gucci blondie bowler. i like the black rubber GGs on these bags. sorta cool, sorta rocker, makes the gucci bag look like it wants to go out and have fun. n'est pas?

you know i must get a camera...a lot of my pix come from quick snaps of the cell phone. this is the classic rick o. moto jacket with the funnel collar that has two snaps for different collar positions. just too hot for proper modeling pix today.hope you are all having a great weekend.

i was happy to find this 2002 classic rick owens motorcycle jacket. i used an entire 1.7 oz jar of leather conditioner on it. it is a dark brown leather with a light tan interior and half knit/half leather classic rick long sleeves. i love mixing old with new, and highs with lows. hope you all are having a fun filled weekend.
