paige premium jeans and dior moto boots

hey readers, ok, motivation time.... i am not gonna blog now because i am off to do at least 138 flights of stairs now. no procrastination, and in the words of nike, "just do it."
exercise is an attitude adjuster, really. up there with pom margs, chocolate, cupcakes and caffeine. ok... not as great as finding THE perfect shoes or jacket....

matt, are you coming with?
more later.

hey chauss! you probably don't know me, but i'm from the fashion spot and i was totally lurking on the givenchy nightingale thread awhile back. so, of course i remember your from it ;) anyway, i just wanted to say that adore your style and attitude! go kick ass on those stairs.

matt, i just finished 138 fights and its almost 10:00 pm, so as the biggest procastinator of the day, i am going to push you.
just do one set of stairs tomorrow am or night and i guaranty you will go on to do at least 2-3 more sets. i promise you WILL feel better. the hardest part is just putting on your sneakers, ipod and getting in the stairwell. once you are there, the endorphins will kick in. i promise you will feel better. really. please try this, it will work.
you can really kick ass on the stairs if you want to. tremendous stress relief and a necessary factor at least once a week if you do dark chocolate every day.hey, dont commit to every day, but just try it tomorrow.
get rid of some of those toxins.you WILL be able to cope better with 3rd dimension stuff after a stair session.
p.s. are you taking a mega b complex vitamin? you burn thru b's when you are stressed. and a decent dose of cal/mag will put you out for a good night's sleep if you take them before bed.

ahhh c- you're my motivation... i'm lacing up my sneakers and turning on the ipod!

aside from a multivit, i don't take anything... which ones do you take? I have to take a whole class in herbal/OTC self-care, but that's a year form now..

You're an inspiration with your 138 flights! I live in a six-floor walkup and whenever they seem a bit much, I think of you and your hike and it makes them go by in a breeze.

Great blog, Chauss, and thanks for sharing your foot story with me on my blog. I would love to hear the full story of how you broke your toes sometime. It certainly helps me as I'm getting through my foot issues, so thank you for that!

nita, thanks.

matt. i'm proud of you, boy! please confirm. i will do a post addressing supplements. i really believe in them. i gave my friend mitch a niacin pill before con law once bc he wanted to experience the itchy flush rush and he turned beet red and ran out of class....and then he said he wanted another...lol

marina, thanks.

antoine, do you have a motorbike?

sara, stairs just rock and keep your butt up. :)
i will address foot issues for you sometime. again, positive attitude is VERY important. i documented my entire pre post foot sugery with pix and then the hard drive crashed. yup, back up? whats that? shades of carrie's mac episode.... i did diary my feelings and experience. it is do-able. for me, a life time of painfree stilettos was worth 6 months. and you know ,i love shoes... and i did nothing but casts, bandages, and sneakers with a smile...(no sleep bc i didnt take the numerous pain pills i got, blech....)who needs that stuff when you can go visit the 4th dimension? and yeah, i was not the typical patient attitude, and that's why i want to write an article on my experiences. my surgery was totally elective, but i didnt want to suffer or not be able to wear heels in later life. my attitude, if its broken, fix it while you are still young enough to enjoy the benefits! foot problems get progressively worse, not better. so, fix them if you can. people will try to convince you otherwise and scare you. dont listen. a positive mind, attitude coupled with physical preparation can lead to successful results. i truly believe you can talk youself into anything.
